芝公園の会社に勤務している友人から評判を聞いてランチタイムにウニパスタを食べに芝公園駅までやって来た。
店内、女子ばっかり。オッさん2人はかなりアウェイ。
「生ウニのトマトクリームソース、バベッティーニ(平べったいパスタ)」…バゲット、サラダ付きで税込1400円。この店の一番人気メニューだそう。バベッティーニパスタは濃厚なソースに絡むタイプで魚介類系のパスタによく使われる。
サラダには塩がかかっているが、結構強い塩味…。
生ウニのトマトクリームソースパスタはややクリーム感が強い。ウニももちろん感じるが時々出てくる小さなウニの塊がなんだか嬉しい。
もう一品、値段あげても良いからウニをたっぷり入れたパスタを食べたいかも。2800円くらいの値段だったら食べるな。味付けとしては美味しいんだけど…。
最後はバゲットでウニトマトクリームソースをすくっていただく。とりあえず満足。
この店で人気の別メニューは「リゾット」もオススメだそう。隣の人の食べていた「カーチョエペペ」も美味しそうに見えた。
次来た時はこっちも食べてみようっと。
