しっかりした食感と味付けの豚丼
浜松町から徒歩3分ほどのやきとんでお馴染みのチェーン店。平日ランチで12:25頃訪問。
ランチは、とんかつや唐揚げ、生姜焼きといった定番メニューを揃えるが、写真で気になった紅とん豚丼(700円)を注文。このメニューは、限定店舗でのみ提供しているのだそう。
【紅とん豚丼(700円)】
5分ほどと早くに提供。濃いめの色をした豚肉に白髪ねぎの白が映える。味噌汁もつく。
では頂きます。松屋の豚丼などと異なるタイプで、豚肉は結構しっかりした噛みごたえがあるもの。味付けは醤油ベースで、しょっぱめではあるが甘すぎないのが個人的には良い。
白髪ねぎのシャキシャキ感が、後口をさっぱりさせるのに効果があり、このどんぶりには合っている。
ごはんの量は、普通盛りでも多めで、牛丼屋の大盛は普通にありそう。大盛を頼んでいるお客さんも何名かいたが、よく食べるなあと感心してしまった。

台湾まぜそばの有名店「麺屋はなび」がプロデュースした台湾カレーを提供しており、それを頂きにきました。
予定通り台湾カレー(840円)を注文。
にんにくを付けられるみたいですが、午後も予定があるので止めておきました。

ドロっとしたスパイシーなカレーに、ピリ辛の肉味噌と卵黄を乗せたカレー。
この肉味噌が台湾カレーたる所以ですかね。
辛さはそこそこあり、パンチのある味わい。
卵黄を崩して混ぜるとマイルドになります。
ごはんの量は並盛でも結構な量で300gはありそう。
小盛、大盛が選べるのでお腹具合に合わせて選択できます。
カレーの油も多いのでずっしり来て、夜までお腹が空きませんでした。

台湾まぜそばほどの中毒感はありませんでしたが、インパクトのあるメニューだと思います。
