研修会二日目✨
寝坊しなかった( ｰ`дｰ´)ｷﾘｯ
夕方まである長い研修会前に、朝ごはんをどうしようかと、
浜松町駅から増上寺へ向かいながらぶらぶら(*’ω’*)
選んだお店は。。。
増上寺のほど近く、08:00過ぎでけっこうなお客さん✨
吉野家 浜松町店
カウンター席に座り、タブレットでメニューを見ながら思案。
その時思いだしたのが、これ✿
チーズ牛サラダ
もはや牛丼ではないｗｗｗ
「高たんぱく・低糖質」のボリューム満点のサラダ
チーズ・牛肉・鶏肉・ブロッコリー・半熟玉子とたんぱく質たっぷり✨
そしてご飯の代わりに、キャベツの千切り✿
食べ応え充分(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
お腹いっぱいで、研修へと向かいました＼(^o^)／
