浜松町駅から第一京浜の一本手前の通り沿いにある四川・広東料理のお店。
シンプルでオシャレな佇まい。
１階から３階までフロアがあります。
ランチタイムは、１階が禁煙で、２階が喫煙になっています。
看板メニューは「四川麻婆豆腐」。
平日ランチタイムに訪問。
１階フロアは、白いシャツに黒いズボンの店員さんが女性２、男性１。
入って左側に８人掛けの円卓が２卓、
右側は、４人掛けテーブル４卓。
例によって、お一人さまは円卓に案内されます。
ポニーテールで色白のスリムなお姉さんが
たどたどしい日本語で注文を聞いてくれました。
北の方の方ですね。
ちょっとタイプ…だったりして…
四川麻婆豆腐定食： ８５０円
お姉さんから確認があります。
「普通でいいですか？」
「えっ？」
「辛さ控えめもできます。」
「普通、っていうか、辛い方をお願いします。」
どうやら、こちらのお店は、辛い方が「普通」らしい。
さて、四川麻婆豆腐が出てきました。
自家製の山椒が上にかかっていて、いかにも辛そう。
ひと口食べてみると、ガツンときます。
ほうっ♪これは辛い、けど美味しい。
２～３口で額に汗がにじみ始めます。
麻婆豆腐を四分の一程度食べたところで、
ご飯が半分以上なくなってる。
これは、ヤバイ！
小食なので、ご飯のお替りはしませんから、
ご飯との配分を考えてバランスよく食べないといけません。
ひとまず、玉子とワカメのとろーりスープをいただいてひと休み。
再び、激辛麻婆豆腐に取り組みます。
辛いけど、クセになる美味しさです。
胃が辛いと言ってます。
汗をかきながらも完食。
ラー油と山椒の残ったお皿にご飯をのせて仕上げたいところです。
小食なので、やめておきましたが。。。
杏仁豆腐は、濃厚タイプ。
こちらも美味しかったです。
