目的にしていた定食屋さんが、少し時間が遅かったのか満席で時間がかかるとのこと。
この日は、時間がそれほどなかったので、近くにあった数点の中から、店前看板で見た青椒食べたいなとこちらに入店です。
先客5組ほど。
皆さん定食ですね。
私も、初志貫徹で青椒肉絲定食に餃子3個付けてオーダー。
5分ほどで登場した定食は、ボリュームたっぷり！
早速頂くと、見た目ほど味は濃くなく、程よい塩加減。
個人的にはちょっと甘めかな。
筍多めのバランスということもあってか、歯触りしっかりでまずまず。
人参入ってるの珍しい？
ご飯の炊き加減は、やや硬めの好み。
うん、定食食べてる実感わきます。
餃子は、小振りで餡少な目。
ニンニク不使用で、ニラの香りの野菜中心のタイプ。
皮を食べる感じで焼き加減はいい。
ちょっと好みと違ったが、ビールのつまみに丁度よさそう。
店内がちょっと暗いのが気になるな～。
とはいえ、しっかりランチとなりました。
