I visited for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant is located right in front of the A5 exit of Daimon Station on the Toei Subway. There are four tables for four people, two tables for six people, and two counter seats. I entered the restaurant at 11:50 and there was one customer ahead of me, so I was told to go to an empty seat and sat at a table for four people. I ordered "Kakuni fried rice + half Ramen" for 900 yen. It was served in about 12 minutes. The one customer ahead of me had already been served, so I felt that the wait was a little long for Chinese food. "Kakuni fried rice" contains many small pieces of braised pork. The braised pork is well seasoned and has a slight star anise flavor that makes it delicious. The fried rice is light in flavor overall, and the seasoning of the braised pork is well balanced. However, I didn't like the fact that it was moist because there was too much stir-fried oil. The other ingredients besides the braised pork were cabbage, green onion, and egg. The "half Ramen" is a light chicken bone with a soy sauce soup. The soup is tasty, but the seasoning is stronger than fried rice. However, the noodles are soft and the soup is a little lukewarm, which is a shame. Maybe it's because it took so long to be served? The toppings are bean sprouts, small pieces of roast pork, bamboo shoots, and komatsuna. After 12 o'clock, more and more customers came in, with five groups of about 10 people. There were only a few tables available, so we ate quickly, paid the bill, and left the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.
