サーモンブレックファーストとアイスティー
増上寺や芝公園の近くなので、店から景観も良く、テラス席も良いが、店内で。8時だが混雑。
サーモンはサワークリームかオリーブオイルで、でもそのままが美味い。臭みもなく、しっとりと濃厚。ハーフボイルドエッグは割る時に注意が必要。
2種類のパンはブルーベリーのジャムと、玉子を載せていただく。しっかり固めの歯応えのパンは中はしっとりとして、変化を楽しめる。
たまには、こんな朝のひと時も良い
