タンシチューのタン抜き

年末限定（12/26～30）でランチ営業する模様。といっても12/21でもやっていたが。夜定食より少し安いメニュー構成。

とある平日の夜、浜松町で現在は夜しか営業していないランチレビュアーにとってのハードル店だった仙台 炭焼 牛タン圭助 浜松町駅前へ。界隈の居酒屋では夜利用で所々呑んでますが、写真は撮らずレビューは出来ません。
先客後客４～５割入程度でしょうか。店頭の呼び込みお兄さんより「おひとりさま!定食もありますよ」と声がけされており、メニュー頭の頁から欲張りなセットをオーダー。前日飲み過ぎたのでノンアルにつき飲み物はお冷やです。

１０分程で供されました。
実食！
牛タン焼きは炭火焼きの様ですが、そこまで利点は感じられない印象。適度な厚さの牛タンには隠し包丁を入れ、程よい柔らかさで塩加減も麦飯と食べるにはちょうどいい塩梅。
おしんこはしっかり目な漬かり具合の白菜に醤油がデフォでかけてあります…。牛タンには欠かせない南蛮味噌がたっぷりあるのは嬉しい。
タンシチューで驚きの事態、何と！牛タンが入っておらずブロッコリー・カリフラワー・ニンジンはあるもののレンゲでいくら探しても固形の肉が無いのです…。これがお酒を呑んで酔っていたら気付かないかも知れませんが、この日は白面。食べる前に店員氏に確認すると、しっかりと大きめな固形の牛タンが３片入って返却されました。部位はタン先等を煮込んだ感じで想像通りのタンシチュー。
むぎめしは柔らかめな炊き加減ながら、牛タン焼きやタンシチューがご飯がススム君なのでボリュームはまずまず。
スープはネギがたっぷりと入り牛タンの端部分の様な物も。テールスープでは無さそうですが、出汁の味わいがあるもやや強めな塩加減。
【税別】
牛タンの定食では脇役として南蛮味噌・白菜漬・とろろ・テールスープが揃うのがワタシの基本スタイルです。この日は欲張ってタンシチューを所望した為に、驚きの事態ととろろにしておけば良かったという後悔の念も…。(*￣ー￣) とりあえずハードルクリアだから、まっいっか。ごちそうさまでした。

I went to [a:13032813,Yamaki] to eat some fried seasonal oysters, but it was full, so I went to this restaurant across the street. It seems that Cow tongue set meal is a little cheaper during lunch time. However, it is a little expensive for a salaryman's lunch, so the amount of Cow tongue is very small for one person. You can have more barley rice, but there is not much Nanban miso or grated yam, so I refrained. It is served grilled, but you can warm it up individually over charcoal.
