ホルモン焼屋のランチ
とある平日ランチ、大門駅周辺で探します。かなり御成門駅寄りですが、夜のホルモン焼が人気のホルモン在市 芝大門店へ。先客５割入後客パラパラ。ランチメニューから注文します。限定１５食は売り切れ…。
●スジ煮込み丼￥１０００
すぐに小皿、４分程で供されました。
実食！
スジ煮込み丼はご飯の上に海苔・大葉を敷いて牛スジ煮込み・温泉卵・水菜・唐辛子を盛り付けています。甘辛い味付けで柔らかく煮込まれた牛スジ肉と水菜がかなりたくさん盛られています。ご飯のボリュームがありますが、美味しいので食べられました。
サイドには冷奴・ナムル＆キムチ・スープが付いています。冷奴は豆腐に少し辛いネギの薬味がのり、ビールに合いそうな味わいです。スープはテールスープでしっかり出汁が出ており、肉も少しだけ入っていました。
夜のホルモン焼きがかなり人気のあるお店みたいですが、ランチの牛スジ煮込み丼もかなり美味しかったですねぇ。( 〃▽〃) ごちそうさまでした。

I would like to have a mixed grill set meal, but since it starts at 12:30, I have Hamburg.
