仕事の関係で御成門を訪れ、食べログでこちらを検索し、平日11:40ごろ入店。
席は半分ほど埋まっていましたが、その後10分で満席に。しかし、食べたら長居せず出る、が鉄則なのか、次々と席も空き、回転率が良いです。
一人客は、四人席に通され、もう一人と相席になりますが、斜めに座らせてくれる上、中央にお箸やお水があるので気になりません。エプロンが置いてあるのも地味に嬉しいです。
周囲が全員ハンバーグランチを頼んでいたので、私もそれに倣いました。頼んですぐに白ご飯とスジ煮込みが出てきます。
スジ煮込みがセットで付くとはどこにも書かれておらず、一瞬キョトンとしましたが、中に半熟卵が埋まっており、大変美味しくてテンションが上がりました。ビールが欲しくなる濃い目の味付けです。お昼からスジ煮込みがいただけるなんて最高です。
それをいただいている間に、ハンバーグも来て、オーダーから10分で全てが揃いました。
ハンバーグは、中が少し半熟めで、柔らかく美味しかったです。ソースがかかっていないのですが、ハンバーグ自体に塩胡椒の味付けされているので、そのままいただきました。
私も30分ほどで退席。ササッと食べられる、ランチの強い味方です。
この味、このラインナップで1000円は良心的。
次また是非伺いたいです。
