まずは、ビール!
ビールの泡にラテアートのように絵と文字が描かれてきました(^^)
そして、ジンギスカンのような鍋は味が変わるごとに鍋を交換します。
ごちゃまぜ焼とサーロインはお店の方が焼いてくれます。
入口からなにか、色々おもてなしを考えられている感を受けましたが
こんな場所で人気店になるのがわかる気がします。
カルビ1,180円、ホソ900円、てっちゃん1,050円
〆て、3,130円というごちゃまぜ焼
一つ一つの単品値段がやや高めの印象ですが
これは美味しい!ご飯が食べたくなり、思わず大盛ご飯(^^)
残念なのが上タン塩1,850円
上ではなく全く価値無し。
サーロインは大判の肉を焼いてもらえます
美味しく焼き上げられて、すき焼き風に玉子にタレを入れてかき混ぜてすごく美味しいのですが、くるりと巻き上げて焼かれてしまうため、そのまま食べると固く感じてしまいます。
卵の中でほぐして食べるのが正解。
美味しいお肉がタレと卵でこれまた、ご飯と最高の組み合わせ
これは旨い!
塩と醤油が選べますが、ここは醤油でしょ(^^)
ごちゃまぜ焼はお勧めです。
食べに行く価値ありです。
