飛騨牛とホルモンが名物と聞きお邪魔しました。
正直ホルモンは以前から苦手意識があり、脂っぽいのであまり得意ではないのですが、名物なので試しにとチャレンジしてみました！
店内は普通に居酒屋さんみたいな雰囲気で、立地も会社が多い芝大門なので仕事帰りのサラリーマンやOLの方で賑わっていました。
まずは生ビール2つと、オススメの飛騨牛コース(一人前 3800円)を2人前注文しました。
コース内容

＊塩ホルモン
＊ごちゃ混ぜ焼き
サーロインは焼き台からはみ出るくらい大きくかなりインパクトありました！
薄切りで、焼き加減が難しいのか店員さんが焼いてくれます。
焼き上がると半分に切り、くるくる巻いて岩塩で食べます。
思ったより脂っぽさは少なく、お肉も柔らかくて美味しい！
その後もタン、ロースと美味しく頂きました。
ホルモンはやっぱり苦手でしたが、ホルモン好きな方には、甘辛い味噌で合えたごちゃ混ぜ焼きオススメです。
色々とスープやキムチなども追加し、満腹でお会計を済ました帰り際に店員さんがホカロンをくれました！
とても寒い日だったので有難かったです！
ただ貼るタイプのホカロンで、結局帰り道貼るタイミングなかったです。。笑
