新年初出社の日のこと。
外出していたスイーツ好きが手土産を買って帰社してきてくれました。
生クリームの軽さが本当に愛おしい。
カスタードの優しさが愛くるしい。
そんな一品です。
どこで買ったんですか＝？と聞いたら浜松町の文化放送の裏とのこと。
そんなところあったかなーと思いつつググったら行ったことありました(汗
会社が今の場所に移転する前、浜松町にあったんですが
その当時、浜松町にピンとくるケーキ屋さんがあまりなくて、同僚の誕生祝などするときに困ってたんです。
そんな時に路地裏でひょっこり見つけたのがこのお店「チョッポノッコ」さんでした。
ぶっちゃけの所、店名意識することなく”裏のあの店”で同僚の中ではツーツーで良く誕生ケーキを買ってたのでした。
安定のホールケーキの美味しさだった記憶がよみがえりましたわ。
また今度は、ケーキも食べよう。
そう思わせてくれたシュークリームでした。
