いつもの如く、職場からのランチタイムです。
当初は、よくいく洋食系のお店と思って進んでいたのですが、店前に長めの行列。。。
あら、これは今日の時間的には無理だなということで、しばし進んで洋食が目にとまったこちらお邪魔しました。
口の中が洋食なので、一番洋食らしいものとその時に感じた牛タンビーフシチューを選択です。
セットで、ミニサラダとスープがついてくるので、この子たちが先に登場です。
ランチでちょっとでも野菜が付いてきてくれるのっていいですよね。
外食は野菜が不足気味なので。
さて、主役のご登場。一瞬ハヤシライス感がｗ
シチューのデミは、酸味が強めのタイプ。
もう少しコクがある方が好みも、香味野菜の香りがちゃんとするのはいいですね。
タンは、出す前に合わせているパターンだと思いますが、崩れすぎず程よい食感の煮込み具合。
ご飯の硬めの炊き加減もＧｏｏｄ。
ちょっと好みとは異なるも、気軽にいただくには丁度よい感じでした。
