ひっそりと佇む、新橋のらーめん店。
得中華そば@890を購入。麺の量が選べるとの事で、欲張って中盛りの300gをお願いしました。
が・・・。多いっす。デフォルトで200gなんですね。並で充分ですわ。
入口とは裏腹に、意外に広い店内。
カウンターだけと思いきや、テーブルもあるようです。夜は使うのかな？
スタッフさんは４名いました。カウンター15～16席の規模で4名とは、
ピークタイムは相当忙しいのでしょうか？
14時頃入店したので、4名位しか客はいなかったです。
麺は自家製麵ですかね。店の奥に製麺機が見えたような気がします。
太さは結構太麺で、つるっつるのもっちもちですね。
「得」は味玉が付き、焼豚とチャーシューが増量のようです。
スープは魚介系と醤油のＷスープですね。魚粉と柚子が良いアクセントです。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、スタッフさんもあまり元気はないですね。
麺を300gにするとちょっとスープが薄いような気がします。
麺200gと濃さは一緒なのでしょうか？きっと麺200gだと丁度いいのかな。

14時からの限定麺「ワンタンメン」を食べにったのだが、14時15分でもう、売り切れになってる。皆さんつけ麺たべてるのにね。
ラーメンは好きなのだが、相変わらず店主？の歩き方が好きでは無い。まぁ、ご本人の勝手だが。
店も何かくらいので、足が向かない一つの理由でもある。
