家の近所でいつも前は通っていたがなかなか行けず初来店。
定番そうな中華そばを注文。
上品な濃厚スープと滋味溢れるチャーシューが絶品です。スープはコクがありながらも後を引く旨味があり、チャーシューはやわらかくジューシーな食感が魅力的です。手揉み麺のコシとネギの風味がアクセントとなり、ラーメンの味を存分に引き立てています。素材の良さと丁寧な仕上がりが窺える、大変美味しいひと杯でした。
