和牛炭火焼きトリュフソース ～ ブラチェリア バーヴァ
なんと6年ぶりの訪問。今年は花火観るのも暑いし、飲み会で暑気払いしようということで、幹事さんが予約してくれました。久しぶりだけどやっぱりなかなかいい感じのお店です。17:30に予約して7名で訪問。
メニューは幹事さんに一任しました。たぶん6500円の飲み放題付きコースに、スパークリングとボトルワインを何本か付けて、ひとり1万円でお願いしたようです。
♦前菜4種盛り
トマトとクリームチーズのブルスケッタ、ぶどうのカプレーゼ、鶏肉のマスタードソース、鯖のマリネ
スパークリングワインで乾杯。涼しげな冷菜でワインが進みます。いいスターターだ。
♦焙煎全粒粉の生パスタ
厚切りベーコンのトマトソース。もちもちした生パスタが美味しい。
♦"西豪和牛"の炭火焼き ガロニチュール付き
このお店の自慢である"西豪和牛"を豪快に焼き上げてあります。配膳された瞬間、濃密なトリュフの香りが鼻腔を突き抜ける官能的な赤ワインソース。これは文句なく美味いです。
♦ペンネ チーズクリーム
本来はドルチェなのですが、おっさんばっかりのメンバーを見て、お店の人がペンネに変えてくれました。くにゅくにゅとした歯応えのペンネに濃厚なチーズクリームが絡んで美味しい。
ワインは4～5本飲んだと思います。この我々おっさんメンバーは、食べるより飲む方がメインなので、ワイン台込みで握ってお願いするのが予算オーバーもなくて安心。いやあ、赤ワインに和牛炭火焼きがすごく合いましたね。美味しかった。
使い勝手が良くてリーズナブルなお店です。
炭火焼がいい ～ バーヴァ
第一京浜沿いにあるイタリアンのお店です。イタリアンといってもとてもカジュアルな雰囲気。
ランチでは有名なようですが、夜に宴会やってきました。
飲み放題のビールをピッチャーでもらい、宴会スタート。
☆ 前菜
・伊産モッツアレラのカプレーゼ
細長い船みたいな白いお皿に横一列で並んでいます。写真撮り忘れて残念。
モッツァレラが美味しい。
・鮮魚のカルパッチョ
魚の名前の説明がありませんでしたが、美味しかったです。周りのマヨネーズソースと粒胡椒がアクセント
・シェフの気まぐれテリーヌ
豚肉のテリーヌ。しっとり肉がぎっしり。まあまあ美味しい。
・バケット

シンプルなグリーンサラダ
☆メイン
・絶品！国産豚肩ロースの炭火焼き
ＢＡＶＡ名物だそうです。さすがに美味いですね。厚切り豚肉にじょずに火が入れてあって、バルサミコ系のようなソースとマヨネーズソースが絶妙。お肉の歯応えと柔らかさ、ジューシーさ。さすが名物。
赤ワインをデキャンタで飲み放題。
☆パスタ
・旬の食材をつかったペンネ
ペペロンチーノベースに春キャベツと桜エビが入ってました。さっぱり美味しい。
☆ドルチェ
・一口ドルチェと旬のフルーツ
ガトーショコラにブルーベリーと苺
テーブルクロスのないカジュアルなお店にしては、一部とてもお洒落なお皿をつかっており、ガラスの器には木目のテーブルでは映えなくてもったいないですね。
料理はなかなか美味しくて、特にメインの豚肉炭火焼はよかったです。これがランチで食べられるなら行きたいです。
コース3000円＋飲み放題2時間2000円とリーズナブル。小宴会にはいいお店です。
