平日のランチに伺いました。
場所は都営地下鉄大門駅から国道15号を新橋方向に3〜4分歩いたところです。
11時55分の入店すると､一階のキッチンの方が大きな声で“一名様です”と､二階に声掛けです。
一階はキッチンで二階が客席なんですね！
二階の店員さんから声掛けが有り階段を登ると､広いフロアで客席は50席ぐらい有ります。
先客で8割は埋まっていました。
「豚肩ロースの西京漬け炭火焼き」1,000円を注文しました。
プラス150円で肉増し1.5倍とメニューに書いて有りましたが、先客のを見ると量的には多そうなのでやめておきました。
すぐにスープを持って来てくれます。
このスープは少し薄味ですがオレガノ風味が際立って美味しいですね。
注文から6分ぐらいで「豚肩ロースの西京漬け炭火焼き」とライスの配膳です。
豚肩ロースは既に一口大に切って有ります。
十分な量が有るので肉増し1.5倍にしなくて良かったです。
肩ロースでしっかり火入れして有るので少し硬めでパサつきは有りますが、西京味噌の風味がして美味しかったです。
ただ､炭火焼って感じの、燻された風味は余り無かったです。
店員さんは皆さん大きな声で挨拶しています。ハキハキしていて気持ちが良かったです。
12時10分にPayPayで支払いを済ませて一階に降りると､店外に10名程の行列が出来ていました。
この暑さにも関わらず行列が出来る人気店なんですね！
