yes. A lunch stroll. On this day, I'm going to try Western Cuisine which I had been curious about the other day. Arrived around 11:45. At this timing, I got it in easily. And I feel like gratin! On this day, I ordered chicken and asparagus gratin. First, let's start with appetizers and soup. Prosciutto and caponata. Caponata has a strong anchovy flavor. The cabbage soup has a light, piping hot, and soothing taste. After about 10 minutes, the main character appeared. I get excited when I see this grilled image. Insert the spoon. . . . ? ? Oh, it's a pretty smooth béchamel. It stays dry even after it gets quite cold. In fact, this may be the first time I've had a béchamel that is this close to a soup. The chicken was chunky and filling, and the asparagus had a nice texture to it. However, this smooth béchamel doesn't match my personal image of gratin and doesn't sit well with me. Also, there is no penne, so it feels like soaking baguette. After all, if you imagine a home-style gratin, it will be different. This is just a random image.
