コンビニの冷凍ポテト1パック分くらいありそう～！
「本日の炭火焼グリル」
盛り合わせにしました。
やわらかな「鴨」、豚肉っぽい味わいの「猪」、赤味で低カロリーの「馬」、クセがなくあっさりとしていた「本州鹿」、そして「穴熊」！

クセがなくあっさりとしたお肉でした。
お野菜も炭火焼で！
「本日の炭焼き野菜盛合せ」
左下の黄色い丸いものは「金美人参（キンビニンジン）」。甘味が強かったです。
コリンキーかぼちゃとトマトは、自社農園で栽培されたものだそうです。
農園もあるなんてすごい～。
「マタギのおつまみピッツァ」
ジビエ肉のトッピングということで、このときは鴨でした。
サクサクもちっとした生地にチーズがたっぷりで美味しかった！
最近食べ過ぎなのでスイーツはパスしましたｗ
ジビエを使った自家製ソーセージやパテ、瞬間燻製など、まだまだいろんなメニューがあったので、今度は4人くらいでいろいろ食べたい感じ！
