天然鶏そば 850円
飯倉交差点を赤羽橋方面に少し下った所にある。
店の前に行列ができている…と思ったら隣の弁当屋（司亭）の列で、並ばずに入れた。
カウンター7席と2名掛けテーブル3卓、4名掛け2卓。お洒落な雰囲気の店内。
口頭で注文。
粘度は強からず弱からず丁度良い感じ。
味付けはしょっぱい。鶏の出汁が美味しいのに勿体ない。
細めのシナチクもそれなりにしょっぱく、箸休めにならない。
麺は博多ラーメンに似て細めで、コシがしっかりしている。
鶏肉2切れは、いずれもパサついておらず、味わいが違って楽しい。
鶏の出汁の繊細さが感じ取るには塩味が強すぎて残念。
