今日のポテランチ→【初】鶏白湯のラーメン屋の担々麺は絶対に美味しい説、引き続き継続、リピあり
恐らく鶏白湯がベースなのだろう、とにかくクリーミーで優しい味、スパイシーさは勿論あるが辛味を鶏白湯が包み込んでいるイメージ
見た目はシンプルだが、スープの中にホウレン草や挽肉、チャーシューがギッシリ詰まっている
担々麺の楽しみは麺を食べた後にスープの下に沈んでいる挽肉をスープと一緒にすくいながら食べる時間、ついついスープ飲み干してしまう
ふと思ったが説に気をとられすぎて最近は鶏白湯専門のラーメン屋なのに肝心の鶏白湯ラーメンを食べてない事に気付く、ゴメンナサイ
何かこの時だけ写真の画質が悪い気がする、特に設定いじってないのに何でだろ
