このトリソバとチャーハンは最高且つクセになるお味です。スープはしっかりとした鳥スープを感じるシンプルな塩味。決して濃厚ではないので、飲んだ後の〆に最高。麺もスープとの相性が抜群で、スッキリと口の中に入ります。
チャーハンは、シンプル且つ、トリソバを邪魔しないラードと塩加減。
また食べたい〜。
