On this day, we had all-you-can-eat and drink at this Chinese restaurant. First, we toasted with draft beer. It was an order buffet, so we all ordered our favorite dishes, and a variety of dishes came out. From appetizers such as dried tofu salad, stir-fried pea sprouts, steamed shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling, boiled Gyoza / Dumpling and spring rolls, to fried shredded pork, stir-fried shrimp and egg, stir-fried tomato and egg, braised pork, twice-cooked pork, mapo eggplant, fried chicken, something with shark fin... All the dishes were delicious without fail. For drinks, we had some 3-year-old Kame-dashi Shaoxing wine, so we switched from beer. Shaoxing wine doesn't seem to give you a hangover, so you end up drinking it. There were a fair number of people, but with the amount of food, we were full. We finished with crab (style) fried rice, and thank you for the meal.
