今日は6時からの食事会を前にちょっと時間があったのでこちらで軽く前菜を頂くことにした。
赤羽橋駅から3分ほどのところにある個人経営の喫茶店。東京都では絶滅危惧種に指定され、最近ほとんど見かけなくなったが、探せば都心の中心部でもまだあるものだ。
◆ナポリタン 紅茶セット 1000円
ボリューム満点のナポリタン、写真では粉チーズが少ししかかかっていないが、この状態で写真を撮った後、麺が見えないぐらいかけていただいた。私はナポリタンやミートソースは沢山粉チーズをかけるのが大好きだ。
麺は、アルデンテとは違う感触のやや硬い麺、柔らかすぎる麺よりは美味しくいただける。硬い麺を意識してかケチャップどろどろとした感じではなく比較的すっきりした感触のソース、それに玉ねぎ、マッシュルーム、ピーマンとソーセージ、具もそこそこある。美味しい紅茶とともに、前菜を食べ胃を整える。この20分後に始まる食事会が楽しみになってきた
