月9ドラマ「グランメゾン東京」のフルコースに出てきたモンブラン。
当時どハマりしていたこのドラマで出てきたラインナップを全部食べてみたいと思い訪問。
フルコースのモデルとなった岸田周三シェフの三ツ星レストラン「カンテサンス」にも訪問した。
コースに出てくるデザートのモンブランケーキ「マロンラムレザン」を求めて初めて竹芝の地に降り立った。
インターコンチネンタルという上質なホテルの空間に構える店舗で心が踊ったのを今でもよく覚えている。
このビジュアルからまろやかな栗の香りと味、五感をフルに使って楽しめた最高のモンブランケーキだった。
夢が1つ叶った瞬間でこのケーキにあり付けたのは嬉しい。
実家に帰る際の手土産にも喜ばれる大好きなモンブランの1つ。
