こちらのパティシエが有名な方のようで、そしてテレビドラマに登場したスイーツを監修しているそうで、その元となった有名なモンブランがあるとのことを、このホテルを訪問するにあたって調べているうちに知りました。
訪れた日は祝日の午後４時ということもあって、ショーケース内はほぼ品物が無い状態。もちろん、人気のモンブラン（マロンラムレーズン）は既に売り切れていました。
なので部屋付にしてもらい、明日の昼過ぎに引き取ることで予約を入れておき、レイトチェックアウトまでの時間、部屋で食べることにしました。
モンブランの他にタルトシトロンも併せて購入しました。
見た目も美しいケーキは、甘さもほどよく口触りも良く、なるほど人気なのがわかる気もします。ただし上にのっている部分は固いために、下層のケーキとは一緒に食べられず、外して別途、口に含むことになるのが、様々な食感を一度に味わいたい嗜好の自分には、いささか面倒ではありました。
ちなみにHPから予約も出来るので、確実に購入したい方は予約したほうが安心です。
