テラスの立ち飲み席までほぼ満席のにぎわい。
ワインバルではなくワイン酒場だからか、気取らない雰囲気。
お料理はワインが進んじゃうものが色々。
テーブル小さめなので、お料理は少しずつ。
シャルキュトリー盛り合わせはバラエティに富んだお肉たちが楽しい。
硬めのレバームースはトップがクレームブリュレみたいにガリっとしてて美味しい。
レバーと甘味、合うなあ。
今度レバームース作る時に真似してみたい。
