芝公園駅から徒歩4分ほどにある刀削麺を中心とした中華料理店。
平日のランチに訪問。
店内はかなりの賑わいで、かつ相席上等なので、なかなか密な空間ではあります。
麻辣刀削麺が看板メニューのようですが、一番気になった刀削ビャンビャン麺(850円)を注文。
中国で食べて以来、ビャンビャン麺は好きなので、期待です。

私が食べたことのあるビャンビャン麺は和え麺という感じでしたが、それよりもスープが多めで、半分くらいはスープに浸かっている感じ。
味付けも、思ったよりもマイルドで、あっさりとした塩味。
辛さ、旨味や塩気など突出せず、ごはんをそこまで欲する味付けではありません。
ニンニクもあまり効いてないですが、これはランチだったのでむしろ良かったかも。
具は、ほぐしたチャーシュー、もやし、ネギ、パクチー(ありかなしか選べます)
パクチーの清涼感がよい。
麺は不揃いな厚みの刀削麺で、ボリュームはかなりありますね。

ビャンビャン麺という観点で期待と違う点はありましたが、普通に食べる分には美味しいと思います。
