平日のランチにお伺いしました。
12時45分に入店し,店員さんに“1名”と告げると“お好きなカウンター席へどうぞ”と言う事でした。
カウンター席の1番端に座り「かつをの藁焼き塩たたきセット」 1100円を注文しました。
最初にご飯と味噌汁が配膳され､注文から約5分で「かつをの藁焼き塩たたきセット」の配膳です。
“藁焼きかつを”は分厚くカットされた5切れです。
店員さんから“醤油では無く､薬味と塩でお召し上がりください”と言われたので、その通りに分厚くカットされた”藁焼きかつを“一切れとり､ニンニクスライス､ネギ､ミョウガ､ワサビ､それと塩をつけて頂きました。
口の中に広がる香ばしい藁の薫りと､肉厚で嚙みごたえのある美味しい“かつを”！薬味と塩で食べると、藁焼きの香りがそのまま伝わって来て素晴らしく美味しいです。
相変わらず下調べしていないのですが、地下鉄大門駅の近くに有る「わらやき屋 龍馬の塔」の系列店なんでしょうね？店頭の提灯も同じですし。
そちらはランチをやっていないので、近くで藁焼きのランチを食べられるのは嬉しいですね。
