平日のランチに訪問です。
11時45分で先客3名。1人ですがカウンター席は無いので4人テーブル席への案内です。
限定30食と書いて有る「ハラミステーキ御膳」1000円を注文しました。
ライスのサイズを聞かれ、焼肉には､ご飯が合うので“大盛り”をお願いしました。
直ぐに､ライス､スープ､タレ､モヤシ､卵黄､キムチが運ばれて来ます。
続いて「ハラミステーキ」とハサミにトングの配膳。
メニューを見ると､「ハラミステーキ」の“美味しい食べ方”が書いて有りそれに従って焼きました。
1．ハラミステーキを1分30秒づつ焼きます。
2．両面焼いたらトングで持ち上げ6等分にカット
3．切ったお肉の断面を15秒づつ焼く
4．モヤシをご飯に乗せて、お肉にタレを付けてこぼれないように盛り付ける。
(大盛りライスだと､こぼれやすく結構難しいです。)
5．仕上げに卵黄を真ん中に！あなただけのハラミタワー丼の完成です。
お茶碗が小さいのでハラミステーキをのせると言うより､大盛ご飯に貼り付けるのが大変ですね。
ハラミステーキは柔らかくて、肉の旨みが感じられて美味しいです。
タレも甘味と塩味のバランスが良かったです。
モヤシだけで無く､野菜がもう少し少し有れば良かったですね。
でも美味しい焼肉ランチでした。
