少し前に東京に行ったときのレビューを上げていきます～。
私にとって、久々の☆5.0評価です！！
料理は美味しいのに残念な気持ちになったもつ焼き屋さんを後にして、燻製好きとして気になったお店があったのでハシゴしました(*'ω'*)

燻製ドリンクがたくさんあった中、燻製といえばウイスキーかと思い注文しました。
ウイスキーといえばそのままでもスモーキーな味わいですが…
マジ半端ない燻製感！！
ちょっと高いけど、満足感が勝ります…！！

燻製は定番のチーズと玉子を注文。
玉子には野菜もトッピングされてオシャレな感じに♬
チーズは思ったよりも量があって、16時間燻製されているだけあってしっかりとした味わい。
今まで食べた燻製チーズのなかで一番美味しかったです♪
料理も飲み物もクオリティ高すぎ！！
唯一残念だったのは、お通し（税別500円）がオシャレなショウガだったことなのですが…
私が個人的に嫌いなだけで、好きな人には良いお通しなのだと思います。
燻製ビールも気になりましたが、ここは絶対に再訪したいので…
あえて心残りを残してお会計することに。

んで、その時は1軒目に来て燻製ドリンクを堪能＆もっとガッツリ食べる！！
お会計すると、サービスでシジミのお味噌汁を頂きました。
どうりで他のお客さんもお会計後にすぐに帰らない訳ですよ…！！
