I made a reservation for 5:30pm on a Sunday. Order menu ・OJIJI Mokumoku Course (all-you-can-drink included) 6000yen -Caesar salad with homemade bacon -Assortment of 4 smoked appetizers (smoked soft-boiled egg, smoked olive, smoked cod roe, smoked pickled radish) -Smoked grilled cheese -Eat with 2 types of smoked soy sauce Assorted seafood - Wild spare ribs made with wood plank - Pasta with smoked meat sauce - Smoked raw chocolate ⬜︎Caesar salad with homemade bacon It's a bit different from a normal Caesar salad.The dressing has a strong smoky flavor and goes perfectly with the vegetables! ⬜︎ Assortment of 4 kinds of smoked appetizers (smoked half-boiled egg, smoked olive, smoked cod roe, smoked pickled radish) It was my first time to try smoked pickled radish, but it had a strong aroma and a good texture, so it went well with the alcohol. ⬜︎Smoked grilled cheese The cheese was cold-smoked for 6 hours, so I was impressed by its good aroma. It felt like smoked processed cheese, and it was a cheese that wasn't heavy and had a strong flavor that went well with alcohol. ⬜︎Assorted seafood served with 2 types of smoked soy sauce This platter included 4 types of salmon, scallops, octopus, and mackerel, and was served with smoked sashimi soy sauce or smoked olive oil and salt. The smoked soy sauce had a slightly sweet taste and was not too strong, and went well with the wasabi. The shime mackerel and octopus were especially delicious. ⬜︎Wild spare ribs made with wood plank I was surprised to see two spare ribs that were much larger than I expected!
