系列店の「燻製キッチン五反田」さん「三軒茶屋燻製201号室」さんに以前にお邪魔させて頂きましたが、内装コンセプトは似て異なっていて、各店舗で違った魅力があります✨
「燻製Dining OJIJI」さんは、とある海外にある古いアパートメントをイメージした内装。
アンティークな家具が素敵。
初めてなのに懐かしさもあり、とっても落ち着きます。
落ち着いた雰囲気なので、デートや友人とのディナーにも良いし、9名以上で貸し切りのできる半個室もあるので、接待、歓送迎会、女子会にもぴったりです。

「燻製Dining OJIJI」さんでは、基本的に食材や調味料がほぼ全て燻製されています。
しかも、手間暇惜しまず全て自家製なのが凄い✨
初めて訪れた時は、お醤油やオリーブオイル、更にはチョコレートまで燻製料理になっていて驚きました。
そして、とっても美味しい。
どのお料理もオススメですが、16時間燻製された「燻製焼きチーズ」は絶対食べて欲しい。
外はサクッ、中はトロッの食感がたまらない。
個人的に一番好きなメニュー✨
「ウッドプランクで作るワイルドスペアリブ」も大人気。
杉の木を使って燻し焼きにしたお料理で、とってもジューシー✨
注文を受けてから燻製してくれます。
さらに、ドリンクも燻製に。
職人達の燻製経験と独自の研究で完成したオリジナルドリンク✨
ウイスキーベース、焼酎ベース、ジンベース、ワインベース、ノンアルコールがあります。
満遍なく飲んでみたけど、どのお酒も通常よりもマイルドになっていて飲みやすい気がしました。
本当に美味しすぎて、いつもより飲み過ぎちゃったんだけど、二日酔いもなく翌日スッキリでした✨
特に「燻製ハイボール」は、燻製Dining OJIJIさん渾身のドリンクなので、ぜひ飲んで欲しい。
同行してくれた方は途中から「燻製赤サングリア」が美味しいとずっとこちらを飲んでいました。
私も飲んだけど、燻製したフルーツで作ったサングリアで、めちゃめちゃ美味しい✨
燻製ドリンクは、ALL690円（税込）とリーズナブルでした。
