会社関係者とブートジョロキア入り激辛麻婆豆腐を制覇に訪問。
とはいえ全員が辛さ耐性がついている訳でもないので最初の乾杯と同時に先ずは通常メニューのオーダーから。
バンバンジー、餃子等どれも旨い！
少しアルコールも廻って中盤位で遂に味覚石焼麻婆¥1000＋激辛¥1000をオーダー。
数分程してやってきたそいつは紙ナプキンで覆われていて姿を見せない。但し、隙間から漏れる激辛臭で一同咽返る。ここまではお約束の流れ。
頃合いを観て紙ナプキンを剥ぎ取ると石焼内で溶岩のように煮えたぎり悪そうな顔つきである。
今回実は3度目の挑戦で過去失敗原因は明白である。
途中アルコール等による水分の摂取過多である。
今回はお供に炒飯を加え途中で炒飯麻婆にしたら辛さが和らぎ初めて美味しさを味わえた。
案外拍子抜けという位に他2名と完食してご馳走様！
