コース龍馬料理の予約をして行きました。
モツ鍋があるコースです。
先は狭い2人テーブル。
嫌な予感がしました。
予感は的中。
料理を次から次に持ってきますがテーブルにはまだ手もつけていない料理があるのに無理やり置こうとします。
さすがに置く場所はないと言い食べてから持ってくるように言いました。
隣のテーブルが空いたので使わせてくれと言うと予約があると言われたのですが、そこに座ったのは予約していないお客さん。
回転率と客数を上げたいのはわかるけど興醒めでした。
