今週も浜松町での打ち合わせ。
まだまだこの街にはうまいものがあるらしい。
ただ最近はインバウンドの都合もあるのか、自粛ムードが完全に開けたということもあるのか、飲食店が本当に混んでいる。
美味しいと評判の店、評点の高い店は軒並み当日ぶっつけでの予約が取りにくくなってきている。
今日も6名で入れる店を当日予約で探そうとしたが、結構な店が一杯だった。
まだ木曜日なのに。
たしかに物価は上がってるし、予約取りづらいのはちょっと面倒だったりするけど、日本がまだまだ元気なんだと思ったらすごくいい気分になる。
寒くなってきたからモツ鍋でもということで、なんとか滑り込んだこちら。
まずは提供の早い1品から注文。
そのあとは串をアラカルト。
肉刺し盛り合わせがある。
ハツ、タン、レバー。
これがレベル高い。
新鮮でツルッとしていて全く臭みがない。
これはおみごと。
モツ鍋は醤油ベースの出汁に、たくさんの野菜、豆腐、もつを入れて煮込む。
ここ最近、王子食べすぎている。
さすがに締めのラーメン、雑炊は注文せずにストップした。
いつもはこのまま突っ走ってしまっていたが、ほんと王子、大人になったよ。
飲み系の店だからだが、若干塩が強めのメニューもあったが
総じてコスパ的にはよかった。
