気になっていたもつ焼き屋を訪問。場所は浜松町駅から３分ほど大門交差点の手前。
店内はカウンターとテーブルで60席ほど。18時頃で9割ほどの客入りと混んでいる。
まずはビールで乾杯。お通しは味噌キャベツ。
塩もつ煮込み、串焼き、オニオンスライスを注文。
オニオンスライスは卵の黄身を絡めて食べる面白いスタイル。タレはポン酢かな、サッパリと旨い。
塩もつ煮込みは牛もつで、とても柔らかく嫌味なくとても旨い。煮込みの汁もサッパリして旨みが濃く絶品だ。
もつ焼きはレバー、はつ、上ちれ、たんもと、はらみ、さがり。どれも新鮮な肉で塩で提供される。特にレバーが甘くて旨い。
メニューを眺めていると「塩もつラーメン」と言うのを見つけ〆に注文した。
スープは塩もつ煮込みの汁よりはかなりライトで期待していた濃厚感は無く少々残念。ニンニクが軽く効いている。
麺は中太でモッチリとした食感。量は少なめで100ｇくらいだろうか。
具はもつ、刻み海苔、ネギ、ゴマ。もつは煮込みと同じで柔らかく極旨。
サクット完食。ご馳走さまでした。
旨いもつ焼きと煮込みに大満足、またふらりと寄らせてもらいたい。
