3月末の最後の送別会。
場所は、東京都港区浜松町1丁目27-8にある「もつ焼き 浜松町ふじ屋」さんでした。
3月末ですのでにぎわってました。
店内も満席の状況でしたね。
この日は2時間飲み放題付の5000円のコースでしたよ。
肉刺しからもつ鍋まで網羅した10品～極コース～
飲み放題メニューは、生ビールはサッポロ黒ラベルです。シャンディーガフというのもありますね。その他か各種サワーお茶割、ハイボールなどなどありますね。
・生ビール
サッポロ黒ラベルです。
それでは例によっていただいた料理です。
・味噌キャベツ
パリパリ美味しいし、このつける味噌が旨いんだよね。
・肉刺し3種盛り合わせ
ハツ刺しとタン刺しにもう一つ忘れましたが、肉刺し旨いね！
・厳選もつ焼き盛り合わせ4本
ハラミ・ちれ（脾臓）・シロ・ハツの4種類だと思う。いずれも旨し！
・枝豆
ビールのつまみの定番だね
・タコスサラダ
スナック菓子みたいのがパリッとアクセント
・手羽先
手羽先も旨いよね
・ネギレバ
レバーも美味しいけど、ネギの盛りが凄いね！
・もつ鍋
もつも旨いよね～最高。
鍋の〆は雑炊でしたよ（写真なし）
・デザート
アイスクリームで〆でした
料理全部美味しかったですね。
2年間一緒に働いた方3名が新天地に行かれましても引き続き頑張ってください。
