平日のランチに伺いました。
場所は都営浅草線の大門駅A2出口から徒歩1分のところです。
ランチタイムに出遅れてしまい11時55分で、浜松駅付近の食堂は既に外待ち状態です。外待ちが無く“営業中”の案内板が店頭に有ったこのお店に入店したら、この界隈では珍しく12時オープンとの事でした。
開店まで5分なら待とうと思い､店頭で待っていると開店の数分前でしたが、少し早めに案内してくれました。
“開店前ですが、注文が決まっていたらお受けします”と店員さんの嬉しい配慮です。
「カルビ丼」900円を注文しました。
店内1階は4人テーブル席6卓です。
12時から後客がどんどん入店です。2組はランチの予約で2階席でした。
1人で4人席を占拠するのは申し訳ない気分です。
注文から5分程度で配膳です。
複数の焼いたカルビが､ご飯の上面を覆っています。厚みも適度に有って柔らかくて美味しいです。脂身は少し多めですが､それがジューシーで、少し甘めのタレにカルビが良く合います。
