赤羽橋駅から徒歩約1.2分に位置する
「PST 東麻布」さんに訪問。
ピザ百名店2023を受賞しています。
また、PSTとは
P（ピッツァ）S（スタジオ）T（タマキ）
の略だそうです。これ豆な。
まずはプロセッコで乾杯。
1本6030円であり、まぁ悪くない価格と味覚です。
個人的にはキリッと冷えてて欲しかったけど。
当店はテーブルチャージが発生します。
値段は1人380円ですが
その代わりにアミューズ？があり
今日は温製のポタージュ。
深い甘味と濃厚なコクを感じさせ
冷えてきた今日この頃には
五臓六腑に染み渡る美味しさです。
ピザは2種類の注文
・tamaki（2390円）
・ンドゥイヤ（2290円）
tamakiのトッピングは
チェリートマト、ペコリーノ、バジル
フレッシュスモークモッツアレラの4種類。
薫香のついたチーズの旨味や
チェリートマトの甘さが引き立ち美味。
また、ピザを焼くときは、1枚入れるごとに
窯に沖縄県産のミネラル塩を振るらしく
塩気が効いており、生地だけでもお酒が進みます。
ンドゥイヤのトッピングは
フレッシュモッツアレラ、ンドィヤ、バジル
自家製ポークソーセージの4種類。
ピリッと効いた辛さが心地よく
自家製ポークソーセージの肉肉しさも美味。
先輩に少しご馳走になったので
正確な値段は不明ですが
1人5000円いかなかったぐらいです。
