2024年4月土曜日13:00予約の上、往訪。Walk-inも可能ですが、1時間程度並ぶとの事で予約が無難。予約時間に行くとすぐの案内。以下をオーダーしました。なお、1人あたりワンドリンク1フードオーダー必須でキャッシュレス決済のみです。
▪️5 Formaggi/チンクエフォルマッジ(2890円)
フレッシュスモークモッツァレラ、ゴルゴンゾーラ、タレッジオ、グラナパダーノ、マスカルポーネの5種にハチミツ添えです。
チーズの塩味と甘みのハーモニーが絶妙なバランス。ハチミツは無しでも美味しいですし、途中でかけると味変、スイーツ度合いが増して美味。塩味と甘さは正義。
ピザはやや小ぶりサイズですがもちもちで縁部分は
香ばしい。間違いのない美味しいナポリピッツァです、ご馳走様。
なお、ビールはオリオンドラフト(990円)がキンキンに冷えており美味しかったです。
