4回目くらいの訪問。今ではこの6席だけの席はなかなか取りにくい状況になってきました。
まずはつまみからです。
酒飲みには堪らないラインナップです。今回、特に気に入ったのはホッケの味噌焼きとマグロのチャーシュー、あとカラスミ。お酒が進みますね。
握りは赤酢のシャリがとても塩梅よく、どのネタにもしっかりと合います。これ、私にとってはとても重要なことで、鮪には合うけど小肌には合わないなんてことがある有名店もけっこうあります。
今回は春子鯛、鮪、〆鯖が美味しかった。以前に食べて大変感動した鰆、熟成が抜群でとても美味しかったが今回は出なかったので次回はまた是非食べたい。
全体的にバランスのいいお寿司屋さんで雰囲気もよく、そして大将も以前よりも立ち居振る舞いが凛としてきて堂々たる雰囲気。今後も機会があれば通いたいと思わせるいいお店です。
徐々に予約困難になりつつあるようだが、まだ機会は均等に与えられるようなので興味のある人は是非に。
