26品というボリュームだが滞在時間は1.5時間。
ペースはかなり早く黙々と食べ進める。
つまみも鮨も一級品で仕込みもとても丁寧な印象を受ける。
つまみは平目・帆立・蛸・めじ鮪・鱈白子・のれそれ(うどん風？)・牡蠣コンフィ・なまこ酢
美味しくて最初から日本酒止まらなかった…個人的にのれそれはいらなかったかな？
握りは蛤・鰆が特に好きでした。
