On this day, I worked in Shinjuku in the morning and walked around Ginza-Shinbashi Hamamatsucho in the afternoon, including walking on the train. By the time I finished work, I was already exhausted, both physically and mentally, and my stomach was already in a state of squeamishness. That's strange. I ate a hearty lunch. I was so hungry. So I wanted to eat a hearty meal at night, so I went to this Jiro-style Ramen restaurant. Ramen I bought a ticket for a regular meal (even though it has 300 grams of noodles) and was seated. This restaurant calls for free toppings as soon as you are seated. I was caught by surprise on my first visit, so I called for all the toppings. I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I guess I was okay. I am optimistic when I am exhausted. It looks powerful just like the original Ramen Jiro, and the chashu pork is tender and delicious. A little bit of garlic is thrown in on the way. It was a punchy Ramen and very satisfying to eat, and I was worried that I was wasting my time by eating it flat out. Thanks for the food! Good night today.
