愛宕警察近く。赤レンガ通り沿い。
デカメンチやデカバーグで有名な洋食すいすの並び。
新規開店の天麩羅屋さんです。
噂では名古屋の名店からの独立したお店とのこと。
実は新橋にも同系列の老舗があるのですが、そちらとの関連性はよくわかりません。
しかし新店とはいえ、店内は清潔そのもの。
白木のカウンターは油汚れのシミ一つなく、高級感が漂います。
名物はご出身のお店同様「かき揚げ丼」。
初見ということもあり、当然の如く、注文もかき揚げ丼（1200円）と相成りました。
注文が入ってから調理・揚げに入る訳ですが、驚くべきはそのスピード！
注文してから僅か10分ほどで着丼。あまりの速さに面喰いました＠＠
見た目は完全に江戸前の「かき揚げ丼」。
胡麻油の香り。甘辛なタレが実に飯に合いますな〜
椀物はシジミの赤出汁。漬け物の塩梅も好みです。
衣は最初こそサクっとしていましたが、次第にシットリ感全開。
かき揚げの具材はほぼ海老のみ。海老は手で引き千切ったような才巻き?（味音痴なので車系なのか？よく解りません・苦笑）
かなりの量で身の食感はプリップリ♪
名古屋のイメージからして、どうしても海老フリャ〜を想像してしまう馬鹿な自分ですが、この天丼は完全に江戸前。意外な結末となりました。
気になって、ご出身のお店を後から調べてみると、創始者はどうやら天國さん出身。
どうりで〜！と納得した次第です。
女将さん？によると、昼も夜も同メニューとのこと。
雰囲気からして高級店かと思いましたが、アラカルトでも定食でも比較的リーズナボーな天麩羅屋さんでありました。
