2024年版のミシュランビブグルマンに掲載されている之村(ゆきむら)さん。
繁華街からは少し離れた場所に、ひっそりとありました。
値段が替わることなく、昼のメニューが夜でも食べられることがまず驚きです。
夕方の開店からあまり時間を置かずに伺ったのですが、満席手前の状態でしたΣ(꒪◊꒪ ;)人気ですね。
お目当ての海老の量が約2倍というスペシャルかき揚げ丼をオーダーしました。
しじみの赤出汁、きゅうりと大根のぬか漬け付きです。
ぬか漬け美味しいなぁとポリポリ噛んでるうちに、あっという間の着丼。
わぁ美味しい(*´ч ` *)
ごま油香るぷりっぷりの海老に、甘すぎず程よく濃厚なタレ、ご飯も炊き加減が好みだなぁ。
そしてなんと言っても、海老の質が高い。さすがは天ぷら屋さん、魚介の質に拘っていらっしゃる。
まさに理想的なかき揚げ丼。すべてがこうであって欲しいものです。
高級天ぷら屋のコースの最後に食べられるミニ天丼の味そのものでした。
なのに、1,900円。ハイコスパすぎる…。
電子マネー、カードは使えませんのでご注意を。価格を抑えているのが伝わりますから、このお店なら抵抗なく現金で払いたくなると思います。
