瀬戸内海の「食」のアンテナショップである「ポンテせとうみ」の2Fにあるレストラン。2Fにあるレストラン4店舗は全て瀬戸内海の名産を食べられるという場所です。
そんな4店舗の1つが今回の「BUENA VISTA TOKYO」瀬戸内の旬食材を使ったスパニッシュのお店です。
ランチで伺い、注文したのは、金時豚ハンバーグ。盛り付けが美しかったです。青いお皿に瀬戸内海感を感じました。お肉は脂肪分が少ないのに、甘みのある味。徳島名産の金時芋を飼料に用いて飼育された豚なんだそうです。それは、甘く仕上がりそうです。
こういうコンセプトレストラン、お店面白いですよね。ほかの店舗も行ってみようかなと思いました。
