『薩摩牛４%の奇跡』
A5ランクBMS10〜12番の鹿児島薩摩牛のみを厳選した焼肉店で鹿児島県産黒毛和牛の中から4%しか生まれないプレミア牛です。
店内には『4%の奇跡』の生産者さんの顔写真が飾られていて、生産者さんのお肉に対する思いが伝わってきます！

なんといっても牛タンの絨毯が衝撃的でした。綺麗に盛り付けられた牛タンはレモンでさっぱりといただくのが最高です。我が家の絨毯これにしたいくらい！
他にも極上ハラミや極上サーロイン、厚切りステーキ玉手箱といった豪華なメニューが数多くあり、幸せな時間でした。
【総評】
焼肉好きの人達と賑やかに薩摩牛を堪能することができました。蔵元さんの思いを大切にするお店の姿勢は素晴らしく、一枚一枚感謝の気持ちを込めながらお肉をいただきました。他にも店舗があるので訪問したいと思います。
