芝公園駅から徒歩7分ほどの商店街一角にある韓国料理店。
平日のランチに訪問。
この前は、焼肉→タイ料理と短期間でお店が入れ替わっている物件です。
その中でも比較的長続きしている印象。

ひとめ見て、想像以上にチーズの量が多い！
全体を混ぜることで、このチーズが急速に溶けて米によーく絡んでいきます。
仕上がる頃には、あたかもチーズリゾットのような味わいに。
これはチーズ好きには嬉しい。
とはいえ、ビビンバとしてはマイルド過ぎるとも感じるので、途中から小鉢のキムチや、卓上の辛味ソースで調整すると良い感じに。
鍋に貼り付いたチーズが、せんべいのようにパリパリになったのを剥がしながら頂くのもオツです。
